Real Estate Attorney - Full-time

Location: San Jose, CA

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 Years of

    Experience:

    Demonstrated experience in transactional real estate matters, within a law firm setting.
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation

    Skills:

    Proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts related to property acquisition/disposition, leasing, and financing.
  • Excellent Academic Credentials:
    Strong academic background, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Analytical and Writing

    Skills:

    Strong analytical skills and exceptional writing ability, with attention to detail.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a congenial firm culture.

Job Description

  • Handling Sophisticated Transactional Real Estate Matters:
    Drafting and negotiating contracts in property acquisition/disposition, leasing, and financing.
  • Collaborating with Transactional Real Estate Group:
    Working closely with other members of the real estate team to ensure efficient and effective legal representation.
  • Legal Analysis and Research:
    Conducting legal research and analysis to support clients' real estate transactions and provide strategic advice.
  • Client Interaction:
    Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with excellent legal counsel, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Compliance and Due Diligence:
    Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and conducting due diligence as necessary for real estate transactions.
