Litigation Associate Attorney - Employment Law - Full-Time

San Jose, CA, 95113

What You Will Be Doing:

Preparing responsive pleadings and engaging in motion practice.

Responding to discovery or administrative charges.

Counseling clients on employment law matters and other legal areas.

Managing cases from inception to trial, including case management, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Handling compliance matters such as wage laws, leave policies, and ADA/FMLA compliance.

Developing policies, conducting compliance training, and managing pre-litigation disputes.

Experience You Will Need:

2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.

Strong background in preparing pleadings, motion practice, and responding to discovery.

Familiarity with wage laws, FMLA, ADA, and other employment compliance matters preferred.

Experience with case management and trial preparation.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.

Strong academic background with a proven track record of performance.

Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a community-focused and well-established firm environment.
