As a Center Manager at European Wax Center, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our location. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, driving sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, with strong leadership skills and a drive to exceed goals.

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key
• Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize KPIs to drive performance
• Places the guest first, coaching associates to build loyalty through behavior, presentation, and service
• Self‑motivated, accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the brand
• Leads and inspires by example, encouraging fact‑based solutions and celebrating others’ success
• Will have an open and flexible schedule
• Can communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Can learn and operate a POS system
• Can lift and move up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, bending and reaching as needed
• Can stand and work on the floor for extended periods (80%+ of shift)
