Performs a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Follows methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. Sets up and adjusts equipment to meet blueprint specifications.
Responsibilities- At least 2+ years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
- Ability to read and understand color codes and component IDs.
- Ability to work under a microscope when required.
- Manual dexterity skills.
- Ability to communicate and follow manufacturing instructions in English.
- Previous experience (over 1 year) with electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
- Capability to lift 15-30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules if needed.

Salary Range (annual): $43,680 - $54,080 ($21 - $26/hour). Actual salary will depend on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO, and possibly stock awards and bonuses.
