Job Description:

Sanmina provides end-to-end manufacturing solutions for OEMs in various sectors, including communications networks, defense and aerospace, industrial and semiconductor systems, medical, computing and storage, automotive and clean technology.

• Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
• Responsible for assembly and quality control of mechanical components and systems.
• Work from detailed engineering instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure the accurate assembly of mechanical parts and equipment.
• Use hand tools & power tools to assemble units.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and results, ensuring proper documentation of work.
• Track and maintain parts, tools, and equipment inventory to ensure materials are stocked for continuous production.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clear and organized workplace.
• Knowledge of ISO standards or other industry certifications is a PLUS.

• Education and Experience:
  
  Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred.
• Manual dexterity skills (proficiency with hand and power tools).
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to be a team player.
• Ability to communicate and follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
• One or more years of knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20-45 pounds.
• Ability to work during weekends and flexible hours if needed.

Salary Range (annual): $45,760 - $49,920 ($22 - $24 / hourly). The base pay will be based on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, and paid time off. Depending on the role, eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program may apply.
