We are supporting a global manufacturing leader in the electronics industry with the search for an Industrial Engineer to join their Operations team. This role plays a critical part in developing, optimizing, and supporting PCBA and SMT assembly processes in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Optimize and configure SMT and PCBA manufacturing processes and equipment
• Lead DOE initiatives to improve yield and efficiency
• Drive DFM/DFT best practices from design through volume production
• Support reflow, selective soldering, conformal coating, and test processes
• Partner closely with design engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve throughput
• Apply lean manufacturing tools to improve layouts, tooling, methods, and efficiency
• Support new product introductions and transitions to high-volume manufacturing

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SMT / PCBA process engineering
• Strong experience with pick‑and‑place, reflow ovens, selective soldering, or conformal coating
• Proven problem‑solver with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a demanding, high‑growth manufacturing environment
• Willingness to support production needs, including extended hours or off‑shift support when required
