Perform removal and replacement of BGA components using hot air rework stations, reflow ovens, or other specialized equipment;
Inspect circuit boards and BGAs using microscopes and other inspection tools to identify defects, solder bridges, or other issues;
Prep BGA sites by cleaning, applying solder paste, aligning new components, and reflowing them onto circuit boards;
Document all rework activities, including component serial numbers, rework process details, and any modifications made to circuit boards.
