Equipment Maintenance Technician

Our client, semiconductor manufacturing operations is seeking a Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting production equipment in a Class 100 cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on troubleshooting mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership.

** Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday

Hours:

** 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to support high performance, quality, and uptime

+ Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to schedule and established procedures (MMM)

+ Accurately document maintenance activities and equipment performance in tracking systems

+ Collect and record operational data as required

+ Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership to improve KPIs, increase tool availability, reduce PM cycle times, and support continuous improvement

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, including vacuum, photolithography (photo), or wet/plating technologies

+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

+ Working knowledge of control systems and/or PLCs

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience using tracking systems
