You will ensure adherence to Vander-Bend inspection processes where applicable and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety.
In this role you will delegate tasks, monitor performance, maintain department documentation, and act as a role model for the manufacturing staff while supporting customers and internal teams.
