Senior Product Manager, Brand Ads

The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying Tik Tok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.

• Build brand ads solutions to improve advertising effectiveness and efficiency. Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for traffic strategy optimization and ad format innovations.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, agencies and clients to deeply understand advertising market dynamics and customer needs, build brand advertising solutions to deliver value for customers and drive revenue for the platform.
• Strengthen product solutions and enablement tools for premium ad products to gain large video budgets at scale.
• Proven track record of building shop advertising products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Deep understanding of ad tech and brand advertising, expertise in traffic strategy
• Excellent problem solver, goal and data driven, strong ownership, excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred background in CTV/ TV/ OLV advertising
• Experience working in a start-up environment

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165,120 - $414,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
