Responsibilities
- Build brand ad solutions to improve advertising effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for traffic strategy optimization and ad format innovations.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, agencies and clients to deeply understand advertising market dynamics and customer needs; build brand advertising solutions to deliver value for our customers and drive revenue for the platform.
- Strengthen product solutions and enablement tools for premium ad products to gain large video budgets at scale.
- Proven record of building shop advertising products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Deep understanding of ad tech and brand advertising; expertise in traffic strategy.
- Excellent problem solver, goal‑ and data‑driven, strong ownership, excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in digital advertising.
- Experience working in a start‑up environment.

Job InformationThe base salary for this position is $210,000–$414,000 annually, varying by qualifications and location. Compensation may include bonuses, stock units, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, disability coverage, and paid time off.
