You’ll work side-by-side with physicians, support and guide ancillary staff, and help patients feel informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way. Your presence brings clarity, warmth, and trust to every interaction.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Triage walk-ins and calls, review labs and imaging, and coordinate care with providers
- Provide hands-on nursing care including vaccinations, wound care, assessments, and emergency response
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, whole-person care
- Participate in off-site events, community outreach, and employee health services
- Support patient education, staff training, and bring fresh ideas to improve how care is delivered
Who You Are (a.k.a. Our Dream Match)
- Active CA RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Skilled in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Confident using Electronic Health Records and clinical software
- A strong communicator, team collaborator, and advocate for health equity and patient education
