, a non‑profit hospice licensed in California since 2016 and accredited by CHAP, to provide end‑of‑life care in the underserved Silicon Valley community.
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing and comprehensive assessment in the development of the hospice patient and family plan of care. Duties include patient assessment, evaluation, and management of medical needs, delivering prescribed pain and symptom control treatments, and offering emotional support to patients and families.
Pay Rate and BenefitsHighly competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
- Hourly rate $50–$55
- $250 per patient admission visit
- $150 per regular visit
- Weekday evening on‑call $150
- Weekend on‑call $250
- Paid sick leave
- 401(k) retirement plan with optional company match
- Minimum 1 year of recent professional nursing experience or a baccalaureate degree in nursing from a NLC‑accredited program.
- Current California RN licence.
- Capacity to work independently with strong observation, verbal and written communication skills, and nursing competencies.
- Ability to handle emotional stress and respect diverse lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values.
- Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care.
- Experience in hospice and home‑care is an advantage.
- Bilingual Chinese/English speaking welcomed but not required.
- Compliance with all Covid‑19 personnel vaccination or testing requirements.
