Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:

• Primary Care duties such as wellness exams, medication management, and treating acute and chronic illnesses
• Comfortable with treating a range of diverse patients
• 13‑week contract with possibility of extension
• Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
