High‑LevelJob Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing and comprehensive assessment in the development of the hospice patient and family plan of care. Skilled nursing services include but are not limited to patient assessment, evaluation, and case management of medical needs of the patients; the performance of prescribed medical treatment for pain and symptom control; and the provision of emotional support to both the patients and their families.
PayRate and Benefits
Highly compatible pay rate and benefits based on relevant work experience and qualification.
Hourly rate of $50–55
$250 per patient admission visit
$150 per regular visit
Weekday evening on call $150
Weekend on call $250
Paid Sick Leave
401K retirement plan with optional company matching
Qualifications / RequirementsHeart of Hope Asian American Hospice Care will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
