University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine primary care clinic in San Jose, CA.
- Full time is 40-patient contact hours per week
- Minimum 1-2 years of primary care experience required
- Clinician see an average of ten (10) patients a day
- Average 50% direct patient care – walk-ins/ad-on, follow up visits, video visits, etc. and 50% in basket management support
- Clinic Hours – M-F from 8am-5pm
- Practice consists of five (5) Internal Medicine physicians and two (2) Nurse Practitioner s

- Salary Range (based on YOE): $177,734-$221,580 per year
- Up to 10% annual performance incentives
