We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing facility team.

• Administering medications and monitoring patient reactions
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare team members to implement care plans
• Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments
• Educating patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and protocols

• Fresh or newly licensed LVNs are welcome
• Experienced LVN is preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility / long‑term care / senior care is a plus
• Valid and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California.
• Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association

Shift Structure:
Full‑Time Shift (AM, PM, and NOC shifts).
