Join the One Medical team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and help transform primary care. You’ll work in our San Jose, CA office and support patients with a mix of in‑person and telehealth visits.

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and wellness visits in the office and testing centers.
• Conduct occasional telehealth appointments.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and daily huddles with in‑office and virtual teams.
• Perform office procedures as outlined by your clinical training.
• Continuously learn and apply evidence‑based primary‑care practices.

• Accredited NP or PA program completed with national certification.
• Five years of recent experience as an Advanced Practitioner, including:
  • Two years in an outpatient primary‑care setting, OR one year in primary‑care plus a primary‑care fellowship or at least one additional year in urgent care.
• State license in California, obtained by start date.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with diverse patients and colleagues, and proficiency in technology‑enabled care.
• Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care and a passion for human‑centered care.

Base salary range: $164,700 to $175,000 per year. Final determination may vary based on experience and patient schedule. Relocation assistance may be available.
