Job Description

We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the operating room, particularly in heart surgery procedures. This position requires strong teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to support patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals throughout surgical procedures.
• Support pre-op and post-op processes as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in the heart room or heart surgery is required.
• CNOR certification is preferred.
• Additional experience in specialties such as Robotics, Orthopedics, Eye, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Thoracic, and General surgery is a plus.
