• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, supporting mothers and newborns through each stage of the birthing process.
• Work collaboratively with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn health.

• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures.
• Perform and interpret fetal monitoring, including external and internal monitoring techniques.
• Support patients during labor, providing comfort measures and timely interventions as needed.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about labor progression, delivery options, and postpartum care.
