Lincoln Avenue Veterinary Clinic is a busy, privately owned 3-doctor small animal practice near the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose. Our clinic has been serving the community for nearly 70 years and has a loyal and enthusiastic client base. We are a group of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals that believe in treating patients as our own and clients as family.

As a veterinarian at our facility, you will be equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, Idexx in-house lab station, a dental suite with digital dental x-ray and Cornerstone veterinary management software. We have a groomer and boarding on site. At LAVC we truly emphasize the importance of work/life balance, so our doctors work a 4-day work week.

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will work with the practice management to define and implement medical policies and procedures that ensure quality patient care. You will deliver medical, surgical and dental care to patients, and emphasize the importance of preventative care to clients. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and dedicated to client education. You may be asked to assist in supervising staff members in their daily medical duties and assist in training our newer team members s is a leadership position with the important responsibility of ensuring a positive work environment in which the practice can achieve its goals.
