Responsibilities- Develop advanced technologies in AI, particularly foundation models and agents.
- Conduct research to improve AI reliability, safety, and trustworthiness.
- Contribute to the development of company products with a focus on AI safety and ethics.
- Experience researching ML, NLP, LLM and familiarity with large‑scale model training.
- Excellent coding ability, data structures, and algorithm skills; proficient in C/C++ or Python. Prior competition wins (ACM/ICPC, IOI, Top Coder) preferred.
- Experience with impactful projects or papers in ML, NLP, or LLM.
- Strong problem‑analysis and solving skills in technology development and applications.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to address technical challenges and promote advancement.
The base salary range for this position in San Jose is $244,800 – $588,000 annually. Additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may be awarded.
