We are hiring immediately for a Sous Chef Production position.

• Pay Range: $76,240.00 - $79,000.00 annually.

Working as the Sous Chef Production you will effectively lead a high-performing production team across a leading high-tech corporate dining account. This role shapes our culinary and hospitality intentions—ensuring great service, culinary excellence, and detailed execution that reflects our client’s elevated standards.

The Sous Chef will guide operations and champion innovation, foster collaboration and translate culinary priorities into memorable dining experiences that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Support a high-impact culinary program.

• Ensure meticulous adherence to all menu specifications, production and prep guidelines.
• Set an expectation of teamwork that is friendly and engaging.

• Ensure food and workplace safety standards are met.

• 1 – 3 years kitchen supervisor experience.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume production stations.
• Ability to manage inventory and ordering.
• Passion for food trends, flavors, and recipe adherence.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Knowledge of food and workplace safety protocols and compliance.
• Serv Safe certification a plus.
• Union experience a plus.

While this schedule and location are currently projected, they are flexible and may be adjusted to meet evolving business demands, including coverage needs.
