The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage the assigned outlet and any outside catering operations. They will take full ownership of the outlet in the Manager’s absence, ensuring it operates as a successful, independent profit center. This must align with the outlet’s operating concept and brand standards, focusing on achieving maximum customer satisfaction and overall success.

• Comply with Food Safety Management System as set by local practices: A MUST.
• Be responsible for updating and reviewing the Risk Management Plan‑SOP as required.
• Constantly remind employees of personal hygiene, safety, and the importance of following the Risk Management Plan at all times.
• Update the Restaurant Manager on the outlet’s Operational Manuals/SOP as necessary.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and regular communication meetings, ensuring they are effective.
• Maintain and utilize other departmental and employee communications channels (e.g., notice boards, log books, handover reports).
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with the submission of the monthly attendance sheet for payroll and the weekly rostering, etc.
