Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, using your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover your assigned zones.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work as part of a team to get the job done efficiently.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $17.95 - $18.45 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
