Who we are:Wushiland Boba, the authentic Taiwanese bubble tea establishment, is to serve Boba lovers the classic Taiwanese taste in North America. As we are expanding rapidly on the West Coast, we are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to providing customers with memorable experiences.
What you will be doing:As a good Assistant Manager, you will give day-to-day support with the daily operations, help the store manager with tasks assigned, and be willing to support with warehouse duties, such as loading, offloading, and transferring packages from warehouse to store.
What you must have:- At least 1-2 years of food/beverage retail assistant store manager experience
- Able to juggle working different aspects of running a store
- Comfortable training and coaching a team
- Able to cultivate a culture of growth and professionalism
- Food Handlers Certification.
- Experiences in the food/beverage retail industry.
