Retail Program Brand Ambassador
A-1 Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re looking for outgoing, motivated people to represent our brand inside our retail partner locations.
This is not a technical HVAC position
. You don’t need to know how to fix an air conditioner. We’re looking for people who are comfortable starting conversations, connecting with customers, and creating opportunities for our team.
As a Retail Program Brand Ambassador
, you’ll engage with homeowners, introduce them to A-1 Heating & Cooling, answer basic questions about our services, and help connect interested customers with our HVAC team.
- Hourly pay +
spiffs & performance bonuses - Full-time and part-time positions available
- Training provided — HVAC experience is not required
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunity to grow into Lead Generation, Customer Service, Sales, Comfort Advisor, and Management roles

We’re looking for people who are friendly, confident, dependable, competitive, and comfortable talking to new people.
