• Reach out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicle
• Use our technology to identify vehicles of interest within existing service appointments
• Create custom evaluations and present them to both our sales and service guests
• Log outreach and customer status updates in the CRM system
• Partner with General Managers and Used Car Managers to understand inventory needs and source accordingly
• Occasionally attend car auctions to scout vehicle opportunities and support store‑level buying goals

• 2–5 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience
• Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
• Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade‑in or selling process
• Experience with cold calling, telemarketing or similar outreach preferred
• Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

$36,000 – $150,000 annually (eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics).
