Dual Sales Coordinator
Join Peachtree Group as a Dual Sales Coordinator. In this role you assist clients in booking hotel meeting and event spaces, support the team, and provide services directly to the client.
Responsibilities- Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
- Answer client / booker questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.).
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
- Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.
