• Status: Hourly non‑exempt

• Job Type: Part‑time (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Pay: $18.50 per hour + bonus

Sales Associates are the face of each studio, ensuring a welcoming experience for all members and guests. While the focus is on member experience, high expectations are set for sales performance, including membership sales, renewals, and retail/concession sales.

Through exemplary customer service, SAs help drive membership retention, maximize workout traffic, and maintain a positive, safe, and fun studio environment.

• Cultivate genuine, experience‑focused connections with members and guests, answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining outreach regarding membership status.
• Ensure a friendly, helpful, and inclusive experience for all members and guests.
• Deliver an exceptional sales and service experience.
• Commit to a safe and clean studio environment.
• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
• Perform telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and customer care calls.
• Host OTF studio tours with prospects and fitness program holders.
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Execute proper onboarding of all OTF members through essential client intake and membership agreement forms.
• Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs, events, and meetings.
• Establish and maintain an effective referral program.
• Follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/postshift activities).
• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.
• Process accurate credit card transactions.
• Perform follow‑up and follow‑through activities with all prospective clients.
• Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.

• High‑level customer service skills.
• Previous sales experience with strong sales prowess; experience in a quota‑bearing structure highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Functional computer skills:
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), general site navigation, in‑depth reporting, and data entry.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and/or weekend hours as needed.
• Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than just a color, it’s an attitude).
• High school diploma.
• Health and fitness‑minded individuals highly preferred.
