Overview

As a PRMG Wholesale Account Executive, there are no limits to the success you can achieve. You will be the driving force behind our business. You will use your industry knowledge, communication skills, and sales savvy to develop relationships with mortgage bankers, provide unparalleled service, and bring in their business. PRMG allows Correspondent Clients to deliver loans on a Non-Delegated basis.

We provide the tools needed for success: competitive products and services, training, and support to build your own client portfolio. PRMG encourages collaboration among team members to share ideas and business strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Relationship Development: Develop and implement relationship strategies to meet customer needs through a full range of products and services.
  • Business Development: Use business development skills to establish new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Maintain effective verbal and written communication with co-workers and clients, acting as a liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Equipment Use: Operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods; normal hearing and vision capabilities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with mortgage banking clients.
  • Train and educate clients on PRMG's Wholesale Portal, programs, products, and processes.
  • Achieve and maintain funded production levels exceeding $10 million monthly.
  • Conduct regular account visits to reinforce company differentiators and leverage them for quality volume.
  • Serve as a primary resource for clients’ mortgage industry questions.
  • Monitor loan delivery performance and expiring rate locks in your pipeline.
  • Provide exceptional client service consistently.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in the mortgage and banking industries, including third-party originations.
  • Proven success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager.
  • Thorough understanding of the loan process and distinctions between Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Existing client base (preferred).
  • Passion and work ethic for continuous improvement.
  • Accountability and dedication to excellence.
  • Unique qualities contributing to success.

Education:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Travel:

  • May be required.
