2020 Companies is hiring Territory Managers who are experts in brand advocacy and merchant visits. This full‑time, field‑based role provides welcome services to new merchants in the financial sector.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Pay: $25 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity.
Requirements: a personal vehicle with insurance and a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Day‑in‑the‑Life- Meet and welcome new merchants accepting the client’s credit services.
- Travel within the assigned territory, stopping by up to 35 retailers per day.
- Spend 50% of an 8‑hour day in‑store.
- Occasionally travel up to a two‑hour drive from home.
- Demonstrate the value of the client’s line of credit services to merchants.
- Capture and address any objections raised by reluctant merchants.
- Attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage at each business.
- Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.

- Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at retailers.
- Drive merchant awareness within the assigned territory.
- Maintain professional interaction with merchants and fellow employees.
- Attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of business.
- Advise merchants by providing product information.
- Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising displays, and merchant feedback.
- Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
- Assist in launch‑related activities as needed.
- Track and communicate all activity accurately to Retail Operations.
- Submit feedback reporting in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis.
- Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and influence relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs at a time.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
