Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new revenue growth by selling embedded finance solutions into vertical SaaS platforms. The role is critical in expanding Pay Pal’s reach in the fast‑growing embedded finance ecosystem, where SaaS platforms embed payments, credit, and financial services directly into their offerings. You will source, close, and manage new SaaS partner relationships, help them monetize financial services, and create differentiated value for their customers.
You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to position our solutions for rapid adoption and measurable impact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new partners.
- Foster strategically‑focused communications to enhance collaboration.
- Support partner growth strategies to drive mutual success.
- Initiate regular contact to understand partner needs and challenges.
- Communicate partner needs to appropriate stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Drive new business development by prospecting and closing SaaS platform partners seeking embedded payments, credit, and other financial services.
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, business cases, and deal structures aligned with partner business models.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure a seamless partner onboarding and go‑to‑market process.
- Build executive‑level relationships with partner decision makers, establishing Pay Pal as the trusted provider of embedded finance capabilities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner activation and adoption campaigns.
- Meet and exceed quota targets for revenue growth and new partner acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years of sales or business development experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Understanding of embedded finance, SaaS monetization, and payment processing economics.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close mid‑to‑large complex deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
- Self‑starter, results‑oriented, with a passion for innovation in financial services.
Base salary range: $161,000 – $276,100. The total compensation package may include an annual performance bonus or other incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit
