Role Requirements for an Entry Level Account Manager

• Coordinate customer accounts by monitoring sales activity, addressing concerns, and ensuring reliable delivery of AT&T Fiber solutions.

• Facilitate new client integration by outlining AT&T Fiber connectivity options, confirming eligibility, and coordinating enrollment.

• Update and manage CRM systems with accurate records of service requests, account changes, and customer feedback to support compliance and retention.

• Develop expertise in AT&T Fiber service standards, including SLAs and performance benchmarks, to ensure consistent delivery.

• Contribute to brand initiatives by assisting with targeted campaigns, educational programs, and community sales that strengthen AT&T Fiber’s market presence.

• Work with Account Managers to refine customer engagement strategies, improve retention, and identify growth opportunities across consumer and enterprise accounts.
