Job SummarySupermicro’s sales team is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to assist the senior sales team in managing customer orders, providing product information to clients, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams. The role includes sales account maintenance, technical and administrative support, daily sales order processing, data entry, and other duties as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain sales accounts and provide technical and administrative product information.
- Perform daily clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, data entry, creating quotations, and processing documents.
- Monitor inventory and follow up on ETA with purchasers.
- Act as liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments.
- Co-ordinate intra‑company baixa coordination between sales and non‑sales departments.
- Enter, monitor, and communicate order status directly to clients, facilitate credit issues, and negotiateоге returns.
- Develop high‑quality customer service relationships with prospects.
- Produce daily client reports.
- Provide backup support to-city supervisor and team members.
- Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.
- High School Diploma required;
Associate’s Degree preferred. - 1+ year of experience in the tech industry preferred.
- Experience in data entry, scheduling production, and order tracking.
- Strong professional communication skills (phone, written/email, presentation).
- Experience in customer service and client-facing roles; problem‑solvingutexed.
- Track record of meetingэто or exceeding assigned tasks.
- Proficient computer skills with Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills.
$70,000 - $86,000. The exact salary depends on location, level, education, training, skills, experience, and internal comparison. Compensation may include additional benefits and eligibility for bonus and equity award programs.
