Avalon Bay Communities is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. With weekends being the most high‑traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer‑service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair‑housing laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
