- Have a positive, professional attitude and love working with customers
- Are reliable, organized, and motivated by performance goals
- Communicate clearly and confidently (sales experience is a plus but not required)
- Enjoy staying active and don’t mind getting their hands dirty
- Are 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license and a clean 3-year driving record
- Can work at least one weekends day
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and ready to learn
- A natural people person who knows how to build rapport
