Role:
Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, including CKD and OSA. Objectives include educating healthcare providers on the product, building trusted relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving sales goals.
- developing territory business plans
- analyzing market trends
- executing customer engagement strategies
- collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing and reimbursement
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty cardiometabolic therapies
- proven sales achievement and strong clinical communication skills
- prior launch experience and specialty sales background
- focus on cardiometabolic and hypertension indications, biologics/therapeutics, launch environment
- up to 60% travel
- remote work setup
- collaboration with cross-functional teams for market insights
- fully remote with travel within territory
