Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Support & Market Analyst to provide essential administrative and analytical support to our sales team, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and informing strategic market decisions.

• Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
• Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheet models, and statistical analysis tools.
• Collect and compile information around competitive positioning of Lumentum’s offering
• Support creation of account plans on large accounts
• Support Account and Sales managers with customer inquiries and follow up activities
• Create PowerPoint presentations to provide market and customer insights
• Perform valid and reliable market research
• SWOT analysis
• Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry websites, publications, and announcements.
• Examine potential risks for business opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or market analysis role, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay Range: P10-USA-1 :$59,650.00 - $85,250.00
