Location:
San Jose, CA Compensation:
Highly competitive base compensation + uncapped commission opportunityREQUIRED - Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience, mandatory.

Showcase our Hospice programs and offerings by forming, cultivating, and sustaining connections with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other community partners who refer or might recommend hospice care.
Requirements:
Local with established referral channels
Demonstrated history of promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - at least 2 years of successful background necessary.
Capability to build and broaden relationships with varied referral outlets.
Familiarity with Contact Management tools
Effective at resolving problems
Able to operate autonomously.
Adept at managing a quickly moving, ever-changing atmosphere.
Consistent employment record, with demonstrated, confirmable accomplishments
Background:
