We are seeking an Unarmed Residential Security Agent for a private property in San Francisco, CA. This role includes gate access oversight, foot patrol of perimeter zones, and managing guest/vendor interaction. Agents must be attentive, observant, and conduct themselves professionally when interacting with estate staff or residents. In some cases, agents may be asked to support vehicle staging or assist with transport tasks based on the day’s coverage needs.

, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at residential properties in San Francisco, CA.
• Monitor and patrol premises to detect potential threats, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
• Control access to the residential property, ensuring all personnel and visitors follow security protocols.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, following established procedures.
• Communicate with team members, residents, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless security operations.
• Provide detailed reports on security activities and incidents to the operations team.
• Assist in the planning and execution of security protocols specific to residential environments.

To be considered for the Unarmed Residential Security Agent position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years of military experience with an honorable discharge or similar protection role.
• Valid driver’s license.
