• Observe, survey the area, report activity at assigned location.
• Work indoor/outdoor in variable environment.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Write detailed reports; enforce procedures, regulations.
• Patrol sensitive areas, detect suspicious activity.
• React quickly to threats or incidents; detain/capture when needed.
• Document incidents and actions taken; respond to alarms.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr BSIS training.
• HS Diploma or GED documentation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least five years of security experience, 21+ years of age.
• Baton, OC spray, handcuff permits.
• Willing to work at all Silicon Valley sites.
• Must be fully flexible for any day & shift.
• Include up-to-date security resume.
• Pass extensive screening process; first aid certification is asset.
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience a plus.
