Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer! This role focuses on building meaningful connections and delivering high‑level customer service across office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and other environments.

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• State security license and additional 32‑hr BSIS security trainings (training obtained during hiring).
• Valid California driver license and clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ace and pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience – even better!

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
