This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in San Jose / Bay Area. Responsibilities include construction, repair, and installation of various structural and decorative elements using wood and other materials. Day-to-day tasks involve framing, assembling, and installing building frameworks, utilizing hand tools and power tools, as well as performing finish carpentry to meet project specifications. The role requires a hands‑on approach to ensuring safe, durable, and high-quality outcomes.

• Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or English-speaking
• Must have own tools
• Proficiency using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
• Experience with Framing and other structural construction techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints and technical specifications
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively on-site
• Prior experience with residential and/or commercial is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
