• Provide diagnosis of plumbing problems to customers and offer solutions
• Explain features and benefits of each solution and obtain agreement before performing work
• Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly
• Confidently present multiple repair or replacement options
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, garbage disposals, gas lines, and piping systems (DWV, copper, PEX, etc.)
• Maintain clean, code-compliant workmanship
• Use field management software to build estimates and document work
• Be reliable, friendly, and tidy in every home entered
• Maintain and fuel vehicle, stock service truck with adequate parts, maintain machinery
• Transport materials and tools to job site and provide accurate accounting of tools
• Have basic knowledge of how a plumbing system works

• High School diploma or GED (preferred). Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination may substitute.
• 3–5 years of residential service plumbing experience (not just new construction or commercial).
• Strong communication skills; comfortable talking to homeowners.
• Confidence presenting options (not high-pressure sales).
• Ability to follow systems, processes, and checklists (training provided).
• Ability to lift equipment and work in tight areas.
• Customer‑first mindset and team‑player attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
