Home First seeks a Temporary Program Manager to lead the Overnight Warming Location (OWL) in San Jose, reporting to the Director of Emergency Shelter Services. The role is exempt, full-time, and benefits-eligible, with compensation of $ annually for the program term through April 2027.
The Manager will supervise shelter staff, ensure 24/7 operations, monitor HMIS, and develop new services while coordinating with partners, volunteers, and funders to meet housing and safety goals.
