* Role and Responsibilities:

** The Senior Manager, Research and Insights plays a critical role in providing strategic analysis and forward-looking perspectives to Bloom's executive and commercial teams. This position connects external research, market data, and industry signals to inform business and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, commercial engagement, value proposition, and messaging.

* Skills and Experience:

** Proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver concise, actionable recommendations. Experience applying AI or analytics to research and intelligence workflows. Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills for executive audiences.
