We are hiring a Staff Engineer to join the team building Adobe’s next-generation AI-first marketing application. This platform redefines customer engagement workflows with speed, agility, and full-stack productivity for modern marketers.

• Architect, develop, and deploy production-grade components of a new Agentic App.
• Translate high-level product goals into actionable engineering tasks and technical plans.
• Evaluate and advocate for the right tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code; conduct peer reviews and drive best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to launch customer‑centric features.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and priorities.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering growth across the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design.
• Proven expertise in Java, Scala, and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with Campaign Execution systems and Generative AI is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and “always‑up” systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git Ops, and container orchestration tools like Argo CD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A mindset of curiosity, ownership, and relentless focus on solving real customer problems with high‑quality software.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,600 – $286,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
