Software Developer

Docotel Group – Immediate 12‑month contract in San Jose, CA (08/11/2025–08/10/2026). W2, onsite 3 days per week.

Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago’s Loop.

We focus on delivering, staffing, and supporting services such as enterprise integration/implementations including CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov’t & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, and regularly partner with Big 4 SI partners.

• Develop, create, and modify software applications to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
• Develop and customize software applications based on user needs and business requirements.
• Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in software development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance.

• Advanced skill in Corticon (6–9 years of experience).
• Corticon developers with SCA Build Tooling program management.
• Experience with SBOM Tooling (Syft, Anchore, Cyclone
  
  DX).

Pay rate: $60–$65/hr depending on experience.
