Adobe is looking for a Software Development Engineer to help build the platform that powers Adobe Experience Platform’s Generative AI capabilities. You will partner with other business units to create products that transform the way companies approach audience creation, journey optimization, and personalization  work is dynamic, fast‑paced, creative, collaborative, and data‑driven.

• Design and build solutions to implement functionality across multiple services and teams.
• Design and build solutions for comprehensive monitoring and alerting of anomalies.
• Design highly available services that scale horizontally.
• Participate in all aspects of software development activities, including design, coding, code review, unit/integration/end‑to‑end testing, refactoring, bug fixing, and documentation.
• Work in multi‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality product features.
• Help build fast prototyping of ideas and concepts.
• Experiment with upcoming technologies in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with Java/Python.
• Experience with relational (MySQL, Postgres) and No
  
  SQL data stores (Redis, Elasticsearch, Snowflake) and related data access patterns.
• Experience designing and building micro services and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with cloud development on Azure/AWS.
• Ownership of the entire SDLC, including design, building, testing, deploying, and supporting production microservices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Self‑starter with minimal direction and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Real world experience working with Generative AI.
• Experience in machine learning or information retrieval infrastructure and applications.

U.S. pay range is $114,100 – $214,950 annually. In California, the range is $148,500 – $214,950. Pay varies by location and may depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more specific salary information for your location during the hiring process.
